What is Invisalign?

Invisalign^® is a method to straighten your teeth useing a series of clear aligners that are custom-molded to fit you. The virtually invisible aligners gradually reposition your teeth into a smile you'll be proud of.

• Remove your aligners to eat, brush and floss

The Invisalign Process

Step 1: Initial visit with Dr. Calleros

X-rays, photos & impressions will be taken of your teeth.  These records and a detailed prescription are sent to Invisalign that will help setup your individual case.

Step 2: Invisalign makes your aligners

Invisalign uses advanced 3-D computer imaging technology to transform your impressioins into a custom-made series of clear and removable aligners.  There may be as many as 30 in the series or as few as 12, depending on your invididual treatment plan.

Step 3: You wear your aligners

You will be given several sets of aligners that will be worn 20 hrs/day and switched out into a new set every 2 to 2 1/2 weeks.

Step 4: You've finished treatment!

We will manufacture upper and lower retainers that should be worn at night to maintain the position of your teeth.  It is recommended to wear a retainer for the lifetime of your beautiful smile.
